This is our 1st Subaru Crosstrek and we are extremely happy with it! The team at Victory Subaru were awesome! Chris ( GM ), Chris ( Sales Mngr ), and Jon Sisco ( Sales ), went above and beyond to help me with everything. I will definitely look to getting another vehicle from them in the future

I bought a used 2019 Subaru Outback from Victory Subaru for my daughter recently, and it was probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had. After inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in through Victory's website, I was promptly contacted by Amanda Jannone and made an appointment for a test drive. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was assigned to Jon Sisco to handle my test drive and any questions about a purchase. Jon gave my daughter and I a detailed overview of the Outback during our test drive and answered all of our questions. We were able to agree on a fair out-the-door price, and Jon had no issue with me putting a deposit down on the vehicle so I could have a mechanic look it over before finalizing the purchase. Getting that inspection scheduled over the next few days ended up being tricky for me, but Jon and the team at Victory Subaru were in regular contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was supported on their end. Once my pre-purchase inspection was complete, I scheduled an appointment with Jon to finalize the purchase. He made sure the vehicle was ready for me, and all of the paperwork was prepared for me correctly in advance. I've experienced last-minute shenanigans and surprise charges when buying new and pre-owned cars from other dealerships before, but Jon and Victory Subaru did not make any changes or pressure me to purchase anything above and beyond the price we had agreed on previously. As a first-time Customer with Victory Subaru, I was so impressed with how they treated me. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Kudos to them!

I had a great experience purchasing a car from a dealership for the first time. I never felt pressured or rushed at all; only welcomed and taken care of. Chimezie, our product specialist, was really knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process super smooth and easy. And our finance manager, Bilal, seemed like very down-to-earth guy and was great to work with as well. He helped find us the best deal on my new car, and was so patient even when I had a million questions and took forever to deliberate. I definitely left the dealership feeling like a VIP and very confident about my purchase! :)

I can’t emphasize just how great this dealership’s parts department is to work with. This dealership isn’t the nearest Subaru to me but the parts department is so much better than the all the others that it’s the only one I use. Recently I was in the middle of a repair and needed a part, and they were absolutely amazing helping me figure out exactly what small piece I needed. Not only did they immediately figure out what part it was but they also found me the closest location that had it in stock. The prices for parts are also much better than other dealerships in the area.

Victory Subaru is the best dealership my wife and I have ever been to. From the beginning, the sales dept made our car purchase easy and gave us a great price for the car. As we bring our car there for service, we have found that the service dept is outstanding! The service manager Joel and his service staff are amazing! They are always accommodating to schedules and provide 5 star service for their clients, whether it’s repairs or routine maintenance. We definitely will stick with Subaru and that is due to our great experiences at Victory Subaru.
